Terms of Service

By accessing or using Creator Flow AI ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights.
• Publish content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, or infringing.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service.
• Use automated means to access or scrape the Service without permission.
• Circumvent fees, billing, or usage limits.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, create, or schedule ("Your Content"). You grant Creator Flow AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to publish on your behalf to platforms you connect.

The Service includes AI-assisted generation tools. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated output before publishing or distributing it. Creator Flow AI makes no warranty as to the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

The Service allows you to connect third-party social media accounts via OAuth. You authorize Creator Flow AI to access and act on those accounts only within the scopes you approve, and only to provide the Service.

You may disconnect any connected account at any time, which revokes our stored access tokens. You remain responsible for content previously published through the Service.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that content published through Creator Flow AI complies with TikTok Community Guidelines, TikTok Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Creator Flow AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Creator Flow AI does not guarantee publication, reach, engagement, account growth, monetization, or platform availability.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Creator Flow AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X (Twitter), or any third-party social media platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator Flow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months or US $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creator Flow AI and its affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. See our Data Deletion page for instructions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
