Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Creator Flow AI ("Creator Flow AI", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described below.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically when you use the Service, and information obtained from connected third-party platforms when you authorize them.
Account Information
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash), profile photo, and any optional billing or organization information you choose to provide.
Connected Social Media Accounts
Creator Flow AI allows users to connect social media accounts through secure OAuth authentication. We access only the permissions authorized by the user and use that information solely to provide social media management, content scheduling, publishing, analytics, and account management functionality.
TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest and other supported platform integrations
When you connect a supported platform, we may receive your profile identifier, display name, profile picture, account or page list, follower or audience metrics, content metadata, and engagement analytics. We never receive your password for these platforms, and we only access data you have explicitly authorized.
OAuth Authentication and Access Tokens
Access tokens and refresh tokens issued by third-party platforms are stored in encrypted form and used only to perform actions you initiate (publishing posts, retrieving analytics, refreshing account metadata). Tokens are never sold or shared, and are revoked when you disconnect a platform or delete your account.
Content and Media Data
We store the captions, images, videos, audio, designs, templates, and other content you upload, generate, or schedule. This content is used to operate the Service on your behalf and is not used to train third-party AI models.
Analytics and Usage Data
We collect device, browser, IP address, log, and product-usage data to monitor performance, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session persistence, security, and aggregate analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may stop functioning.
How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Publish, schedule, and analyze content you submit.
- Respond to support requests and send service notifications.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Social Media Publishing Services
When you schedule or publish a post, we transmit the content and associated metadata to the relevant social platform via its official API on your behalf, using the access token you authorized. We retain records of publishing attempts, results, and identifiers returned by the platform so you can review history and analytics.
AI Content Generation Features
When you use AI features, the prompts and context you submit are sent to AI model providers solely to generate the requested output. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or kept in encrypted backups for up to 90 days for disaster recovery.
Data Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, scoped access controls, and continuous monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, storage, analytics, email, payments, and social platform APIs. These providers process data only as necessary to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.
User Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
Users may disconnect connected social media accounts at any time. Upon disconnection, access tokens are revoked or removed when applicable.
Data Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting us. See the Data Deletion page for full step-by-step instructions.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we will promptly delete it.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
