Data Deletion Instructions

Option 1 — Delete from your account

1. Sign in to CreatorFlow AI.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
4. Click Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently removes your profile, uploaded files, generated media, scheduled posts, connected social accounts, and all access tokens within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email request

Send an email from the address associated with your account to:

Include the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and delete your data within 30 days, and reply once it is complete.

Disconnecting social accounts

To revoke CreatorFlow AI's access to a specific platform without deleting your whole account, open Social Connections and click Disconnect next to the platform. You can also remove the app directly:

• Facebook / Instagram: Facebook Settings → Business Integrations
• TikTok: TikTok Manage app permissions
• YouTube / Google: Google Account Permissions

Removing the app on the platform revokes our access tokens immediately; the corresponding records in CreatorFlow AI are cleared on next sync.

What gets deleted

• Profile, email, and authentication records
• Connected social accounts, pages, and OAuth tokens
• Uploaded files, generated images and videos
• Scheduled posts, drafts, and analytics history
• Brand kits, templates, and folders you created

Some records may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 90 days for disaster recovery, after which they are permanently purged. Anonymized/aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
